Cancellation Policy

Virtual consultations are designed to provide personalized guidance, education, and recommendations in a one-on-one setting. Please review the following terms before booking. Booking & Payment All virtual consultations require full payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Virtual consultations are not eligible for membership credits, discounts, or promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Once booked a follow up email will be sent to schedule your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a virtual consultation. • Consultations canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will forfeit the full consultation fee. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and cannot be credited or rebooked. Late Arrivals Virtual consultations begin promptly at the scheduled time. A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment, depending on availability. If no communication is received within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Technology & Access Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to the chosen video platform. Technical issues on the client’s end do not qualify for refunds or reschedules. Scope of Service Virtual consultations provide educational and holistic guidance only and do not replace medical advice or in-person treatment. Product recommendations are optional and do not guarantee specific results. Additional Terms Virtual consultations are non-transferable, non-refundable. You may however use your booking fee as a credit for any products you would like to purchase.
