Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership Sessions Each monthly membership includes one facial session per billing cycle. Membership sessions are intended to be used within the month they are purchased. Each billing cycle will be the date of original purchase. Rollover Policy One unused membership session may roll over for up to 30 days from the original billing date. Sessions do not accumulate beyond one rollover. Any unused sessions outside of this window will expire. Membership charges are recurring and are not dependent on attendance. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to ensure availability. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Membership Appointments) Membership sessions do not require a booking deposit, as services are prepaid through the monthly membership. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a membership appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice will retain the session credit for use within the allowed rollover period. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of that membership session. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be counted as a used session and cannot be rebooked or credited. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate availability. If no communication is received within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited. Additional Terms Membership sessions cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash value. Memberships may be canceled or paused in accordance with the terms outlined at signup and must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle.
