Service Description
This booking is for clients who are redeeming a Medusa Holistic Wellness Gift Certificate. All facial experiences are fully customized using plant-based skincare, intuitive touch, and healing techniques tailored to your skin and energy. Your gift will be honored by time, not price. Please select your preferred appointment length below: • 60 minutes • 90 minutes If your gift card covers more than the value of your service, you’re welcome to use the remaining balance toward enhancements, add-ons, or product credit at your appointment. At checkout, select “Pay in Person” as your payment option and be sure to bring your physical card or a photo of it with you.
Cancellation Policy
Redemption Gift certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products offered at Medusa Holistic. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of booking or check-in to be applied toward a service. Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift certificates. Expiration Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates do not expire. Promotional or discounted gift certificates may include an expiration date or specific redemption terms, which will be clearly noted at the time of purchase. Booking & Availability All services redeemed with a gift certificate are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Gift certificates do not guarantee appointment availability on specific dates or times. Cancellations & Missed Appointments Appointments booked using a gift certificate are subject to Medusa Holistic’s standard cancellation and late arrival policies. • Cancellations or reschedules made with at least 48 hours notice will retain the gift certificate value. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the gift certificate value applied to that service. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be considered a redeemed service and the gift certificate value will be forfeited. Partial Redemptions If a service total is less than the gift certificate value, the remaining balance will remain on the certificate for future use. If the service total exceeds the gift certificate value, the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
