The Community Care Facial is a 60 minute gentle holistic facial, includes a treatment mask, a shoulder and facial massage, as well as finishing products. How it works: No Questions asked, simply choose the amount that feels right for you. Offered once per month. Check booking schedule for available date.
Cancellation Policy
The Community Care Facial is a reduced-rate offering created to increase accessibility while honoring the time, energy, and care required to provide each service. Due to the nature of this offering, the following policies apply. Booking & Payment Community Care Facial appointments require full payment at the time of booking. This service is not eligible for membership credits, discounts, or promotional offers. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a Community Care Facial. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice may be rescheduled one time, subject to availability. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit the full service payment. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked or credited. Because Community Care appointments are offered at a reduced rate, refunds or credits cannot be issued outside of the stated policy. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule. If no communication is received within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and payment will be forfeited. Additional Terms Community Care Facials are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are intended for individual use. Availability is limited and subject to change.
