New Client Ritual
Service Description
First-time clients only Your first visit is intentionally extended to allow space for both your skin and your story. This session includes additional time for consultation, skin assessment, and personalized guidance, so we can fully understand your skin’s needs, your current routine, and what you’re looking to shift or support. We’ll begin with the Medusa Holistic ritual, including intention setting, breathwork, and essential oil selection, before moving into a customized facial designed to restore balance, support your skin barrier, and release surface tension. This is where we create the foundation for your future treatments; thoughtful, personalized, and aligned with your goals. Best for: • First-time clients • Clients wanting guidance on their skin + routine You’ll leave feeling: Informed, supported, and refreshed—with a clear path forward Your facial may include any of the following: -Gua Sha -Kansa Copper Ayurvedic Facial Wands -Scalp Oil Treatment and Massage -Lymphatic Dry Brushing -Facial Cupping -Custom Sculpting Massage -Facial Reflexology *All facials require a 50% service deposit fee at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day of service.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that all our clients receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us. Please read the following cancellation requirements, and booking deposit fee policy before booking your appointment. Cancellations We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our Aesthetician and subsequent clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service. If service is canceled within 48 hours your 50% of Service Price, Booking Deposit Fee will be refunded back to your card on file. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48 hours notice will not be refunded their 50% of Service Price, Booking Deposit Fee. Canceling and Rescheduling a new appointment within 24 hours of service date will require a new 50% of Service Price, Deposit Fee. Missed appointments (“no-shows”), or last minute cancellations (“same day”), will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services. We understand that you have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s). If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and your 50% of Service Price, Deposit Fee will not be refunded. Deposits All facial appointments require a 50% of Service Price, deposit fee upon booking. This deposit fee is used to confirm appointments and will be used towards your service fee. The remaining balance will be due at the day of service. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of service day, the deposit fee will not be refunded as it will be used as said cancellation fee.
