Service Description

This is a 60 minute facial that includes one Holistic Complimentary you may add on to customize your treatment. Please note which Holistic Complimentary you would like to add on in the booking survey at checkout. Each facial includes a skin analysis, double cleanse, exfoliating mask, extractions (optional), hydrating or nourishing mask, toner, serum, moisturizer and SPF. At the start of the service will also include an oracle or affirmation card pull, to set the intention for your treatment. Holistic Complementaries: -Gua Sha -Facial Reflexology -Sound Bowl Healing -Extended Body Work Massage -Reiki and Crystal Energy Balance -Kansa Copper Ayurvedic Facial Massage Wands -Scalp Oil Treatment and Massage -Lymphatic Dry Brushing *All facials require a 50% service deposit fee at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due the day of service.

Cancellation Policy

Medusa Holistic LLC Cancellation Policy Your appointment is very important to us. We take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so that all our clients receive the level of service and professionalism that they deserve when they book with us. Please read the following cancellation requirements, and booking deposit fee policy before booking your appointment. Cancellations  We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our Aesthetician and subsequent clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service. If service is canceled within 48 hours your 50% of Service Price, Booking Deposit Fee will be refunded back to your card on file. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 48 hours notice will not be refunded their 50% of Service Price, Booking Deposit Fee. Canceling and Rescheduling a new appointment within 24 hours of service date will require a new 50% of Service Price, Deposit Fee.  Missed appointments (“no-shows”), or last minute cancellations (“same day”), will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services. We understand that you have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate your service(s). If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and your 50% of Service Price, Deposit Fee will not be refunded. Deposits All facial appointments require a 50% of Service Price, deposit fee upon booking. This deposit fee is used to confirm appointments and will be used towards your service fee. The remaining balance will be due at the day of service. If appointments are not canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of service day, the deposit fee will not be refunded as it will be used as said cancellation fee. Agreement By booking an appointment with Medusa Holistic LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
